Create a dashboard from any spreadsheet

Whether your numbers live in Excel, Google Sheets, or a CSV export, Sheetavo turns that spreadsheet into an interactive dashboard with charts, tables, and AI insights — automatically, without building a Power BI project or writing a line of code. The process takes minutes from upload to a shared link your stakeholders can open in any browser.

What Sheetavo detects and generates automatically

After upload or connection, Sheetavo scans every column and infers:

From those inferences, it builds: a trend line chart (if dates are detected), bar and pie charts for the most meaningful breakdowns, KPI cards for your top 4 measures, and a sortable, filterable data table. On supported plans, AI insights explain what the numbers show in plain language — no analyst required.

Why this is faster than building in a traditional BI tool

Traditional BI tools — Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio — require data models, connectors, calculated fields, and manual layout work before you see a single chart. Sheetavo works directly with the spreadsheets you already maintain, so you keep your existing workflow and still get dashboards and AI insights. There is no separate BI project to build or maintain.

Simple, repeatable process for any spreadsheet

  1. Upload or connect your spreadsheet in Sheetavo.
  2. Confirm the columns and data types detected — most work immediately.
  3. Review the suggested dashboard layout and adjust chart titles or types if needed.
  4. Enable AI insights for a written summary of what the data shows.
  5. Save, share the link, and use Present mode in your next meeting.

Frequently asked questions

Does my spreadsheet need to be in a specific format?
The best format is a flat table: column headers in row 1, one row per record, numeric columns as real numbers (not text), and consistent date formats. Sheetavo handles minor inconsistencies — currency symbols, percentage signs, and comma-separated numbers are all cleaned automatically.
How long does it take to get the first dashboard?
Most users get a working dashboard in under 5 minutes from upload. For large files, ingestion may take slightly longer — typically under 2 minutes even for files with tens of thousands of rows.
Can I edit the dashboard after it is generated?
Yes. The dashboard editor lets you rename sections, swap chart types, add or remove views, adjust KPI cards, and reorder sections. You can also regenerate AI insights after editing.
Does Sheetavo support dashboards from multiple spreadsheets?
Currently each dashboard connects to one data source. For multi-source dashboards, combine your data in Excel or Google Sheets first, then upload or connect the combined file.
