Who owns my data?

You do. We do not claim ownership of your data. Your dashboards and the underlying data belong to you.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in our infrastructure, scoped to your workspace. We may use object storage (e.g. S3) for uploaded files. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. We use Stripe for billing (no dataset content). When you use AI features, only summarized or sampled data is sent to our AI provider—not your full dataset.

What about AI features?

When you use AI features (e.g. chart suggestions or AI insights), we send only summarized or sampled data to our AI provider to generate recommendations. Your full dataset is never sent. You can avoid this by not using those features.

How do I export or delete my data?

You can export dashboard data as CSV from each dashboard. You can delete any dashboard and its data from the dashboard list or dashboard settings; we remove it permanently.
