Data ownership
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or create. Your dashboards and the underlying data belong to you.
What we collect and store
We collect and store: (1) account information (email and password, stored securely); (2) data you upload or paste (spreadsheets, text) and the dashboards we generate from it. Data is stored in our infrastructure (and optionally in object storage such as S3), scoped to your workspace.
How we use your data
We use your data only to provide the product: to build and serve your dashboards, run present and share features, and enforce access control. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
AI features
When you use AI features (e.g. chart suggestions or AI-generated insights), we send only summarized or sampled data—not your full dataset—to our AI provider to generate recommendations. Full datasets are never sent. You can avoid this by not using those features.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it. You can delete a dashboard and its underlying data at any time from the dashboard list or dashboard settings. Deleted data is removed from our systems.
Export
You can export dashboard data (e.g. as CSV) from each dashboard.
Third parties
We use Stripe for billing (no dashboard or dataset content is sent to Stripe). When AI features are enabled, summarized/sampled data may be sent to our AI provider as described above. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing.
